Is Your Store Legit? I haven't heard about you before...
Of course! We've been in business since 2015 and we focus on providing the best service possible! While we are working hard to become a household name as an Australian company, we haven't quite made it yet, but you can count on us providing a quality experience for you.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship to Australia and the United States

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! (free item deals not included)

OOPS! I messed up my order info! Can I change it? 

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can if the products have not been shipped yet we will adjust the shipping details.

I ordered 2 items, why did I receive just one of them?

We run things a little differently here at Homefuki, when you order multiple items, sometimes they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! The reason we do this is to get you the best absolute deal from our suppliers.
 

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  Support@Homefuki.com and we will get back to you on how to exchange the item. 

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at Support@Homefuki.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
